Delivered to your door by our trusted courier partners, this is our regular delivery method for most orders. No action required — just sit back and we’ll handle the rest.

Free delivery for orders over R450. For orders less than R450, a delivery charge of R60 will be incurred.

Delivery Time Frames

Standard delivery times are within 3-4 working days for main city centres and within 5-7 working days for outlying areas. Our courier partners aim to deliver your order during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Main centres (delivery within 3 - 4 working days): Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberley.

Note: a day refers to a normal business day and excludes Saturday/Sunday and public holidays

With ParcelNow you are in control of your delivery. No more delivery windows. No more guesswork. No fees.

Here’s how it works:

1. Your order is carefully packed and heads off from our warehouse to a local delivery hub.

2. Once it arrives at the hub, you’ll receive an SMS or WhatsApp message. From there, it’s your call:

• Immediate Delivery – Get your parcel as soon as possible in as little as 30 minutes.
• Schedule for Later – Choose a time that works best for you.

3. Like watching a new trail unfold, you can track your delivery live on a map and know exactly when it’s arriving.

4. At the final stretch, your parcel is handed over with a unique PIN confirmation.
