With our standout seasonal offers running, a few adjustments to our usual terms and conditions apply. If you've purchased a sale item between 20 November 2025 and 10 December 2025, kindly note the following:
- Return requests will be considered if you submit your return via our Online Returns Portal within 7 days of your order being delivered.
- You may select to return an item for:
- A variant exchange (different size/colour),
- A credit refund, or
- A refund for an online gift card.
- Orders that qualified for free delivery will incur a handling fee of R60 for courier collections and returns processing.
- Orders that incurred delivery fees, would have our general returns policy apply and be collected without any charge.
Delivery, Exchanges and Refund Timeframes
- Due to the incredible demand during our mega sales period, delivery of your order shipment may take up to 7 working days.
- We will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, and that exchange orders are released without any delay.
- Refunds will be processed as usual - as soon as the returned items(s) complete general warehouse inspection.
Oversold Items
- With our unbeatable offers, some items may sell out quickly. If for any reason, the warehouse notifies us that your order is not able to be fulfilled as a result of an item being unavailable, we’ll notify you promptly and you may choose to receive a refund or request us to assist with adjusting your order with a replacement item of equal or similar value.
Customer Service Requests/Queries
- We always aim to respond quickly and effectively to all service queries. During the mega sales period, we may experience a higher volume of requests, so responses could take a little longer than usual. You may however be rest assured, our friendly customer service team will review and respond to your query as soon as possible.
Discount Codes
- Some discount codes would not be applicable with items that are part of a promotional campaign. In those cases, the discount code will be valid for use at the end of our mega sales period.
